Professional Projects.

For over 10 years, I have helped organizations and small businesses effectively streamline their processes to save time and improve their budgets. I also have fun working closely with marketing teams to strategize and test innovative campaigns to support their sales teams and reach their company's goals.

Employee Onboarding Process

Established an onboarding process for new real estate agents who joined Reali, Inc. This included two brokerage acquisitions, when 300+ real estate agents joined the organization within 30 days. The new onboarding process utilized a welcome form in Asana. It shrunk the onboarding process from the previous 7+ days to under 3 days so agents could begin marketing and selling quicker.

Internal Project Request

Created a project request form using Asana to streamline internal requests to the marketing team. This helped to easily transition the projects into the marketing team's task list and schedule, which was reviewed during weekly meetings.

Automated Lead Nurture

Redesigned UC Berkeley Executive Education's automated lead nurture campaigns by analyzing lead engagement using Hubspot. This included the testing content, email layout, and schedule. The new lead nurture campaigns increase open by 15% and click rates by 30%.

Annual Program Calendar

Served as UC Berkeley Executive Education's coordinator for the annual program calendar, collaborating across teams and analyzing data to schedule 60+ courses, optimize resource allocation, and scale business revenue. This led to the organization's most successful year up to that date and cut the project timeline due to improved communications.

Marketing Plan

Built the marketing plan for UC Berkeley Executive Education using data and previous lead engagement. Improved project implementation by including all tasks in Asana and documenting performance for future decisions. This resulted in the company exceeding revenue goals by 20% in one year.

Marketing and sales activities included: sales collateral, social media (organic and paid), digital ads, email nurture, webpages and landing pages, advertising partnership opportunities, in-person events, etc.

Product Launch

Managed the operations and marketing plans for Carma Technology's new commute service, from the pilot program through the initial public launch. Built partnerships with corporate accounts, analyzed user feedback and data to develop processes, and collaborated with product and engineering to improve mobile app functions. Defined the go-to-market strategies, developed metrics to measure marketing activities, and analyzed customer personas and pain points, which increased commute usage by a customer’s employees by 400% in six months.

Maternity Leave Coverage

Acted as the Head of Marketing and Sales team during the Marketing Director's maternity leave by managing the website, developing customer and lead communications, directing contractors, and leading weekly sales meetings to leadership.
